Women’s and Men’s
All Star Teams

Submissions for the 2024-2025 All Star Team are due to the office by Monday, July 7, 2025!
Please see qualifications below and reach out to the office if you have any questions.

  1. The prime qualification is that a member must bowl 48 games during the season in at least one (1) certified league
    in the Cleveland Ohio USBC Association (COUSBC), between July 1st and June 30th.
  2. Each of the following events will be allocated points based on the point spread below.
    • Women’s/Mixed Tournament Singles Actual. First 15 places
    • Women’s/Mixed Tournament Double Actual. First 15 places
    • Women’s/Mixed Tournament All-Events Actual. First 15 places
    • COUSBC Queens/Scratch Singles Tournament. First 15 places
    • All COUSBC tournaments that are not gender or age related. Places will be the same points as previously listed tournaments.

3. Women’s/Mixed Tournament Team Actual. Each team member of the top ten teams will receive points as follows:
(Please note that if a bowler places with more than one team or doubles, she will only receive points for the highest finish)

4. The top 15 averages and series bowled in a certified COUSBC league will receive points as follows:

1st: 152nd: 143rd: 134th: 125th: 11

5. Points will be awarded for top finishes in the Ohio State USBC Women’s Championships, USBC Women’s Championships Tournament in actual (scratch) divisions that are reported with the support to the COUSBC office.

6. July 1st-June 30th: All honor scores bowled and reported with support to the COUSBC Office, will be awarded points as follows with 2 addition points if bowled in a COUSBC certified league:

800 Series: 4 points299 Game: 2 points

7. Women will also be awarded points for other high games and series bowled in the association only as follows:

290-297 Game: 2 points750-799 Series*: 3 points
275-289 Game: 1 point700-749 Series: 1 point

*750-799 series bowled in another association will receive 2 points

Any bowler, on suspension from USBC during the season of selection to the All-Star Team, is not eligible.
The season is defined as August 1st on any year to July 31st of the following year.
Note: It is the bowler’s responsibility to report scores from other certified tournaments.
Support documents must be submitted by July 7th. There will be five winners chosen from each division.
